Sabina River Farm would be thrilled to host your next corporate function, fundraiser or private celebration. Our function centre overlooks lush green lawns, native gardens and a four acre lake with its own timber deck, with tranquil views across the fields to the Whicher Range in the distance; an event held here would be hard to forget.

Our heritage inspired, recycled materials building is suitable for up to 300 guests for a roaming style meal,  or up to 200 guests for a more formal sit-down style meal, with a large inside main room plus an enclosed verandah area, with jarrah floors throughout. We can also screen off parts of the venue to create more intimate spaces for smaller events. We have the capacity to hold conferences, AGMs, balls, parties, wakes, boot-scooting dances; we’re up for anything.

Our collaboration with the incredible, award-winning Supper Road catering company and Hire Equipment/Styling Team at South West Event Studio means that all your food and decor requirements are taken care of by true professionals.

Sabina River Farm is one of the very few venues in the South West which allows for self-catering (BYO) beverages without a corkage fee.

Our experienced and professional Sabina River Farm Event Team is available to help with any questions or issues every step of the way, and we can recommend our preferred local event suppliers to make your planning easy. Depending on the size and requirements of your event, we are able to facilitate and organise furniture and decoration packages and liaise with Supper Road and South West Event Studio on your behalf to make your event as easy as possible to organise.
